All papers will be reviewed on the basis of relevance, clarity, and technical quality. In order to achieve a more fair evaluation of the submissions, we will introduce a rebuttal phase during the review process. Authors will have the opportunity to supply a response to the reviewers’ comments.

The final paper selection will be based on both reviewers’ comments and authors’ response. At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the workshop. Workshop attendance will also be open to public, however priority will be given to active participants in the workshop (paper authors and speakers).

Accepted workshop papers will be published in ACM and final camera-ready copies must strictly adhere to the ACM guidelines. Authors will have to sign ACM online copyright forms and pay conference registration fees before deadline.
